What's new

Pakistani Establishment is in for nasty surprise !!! PPP has separated Sindh UNOFFICIALLY

You would not want to go down that road. Many of Punjabs's river flow through, you guessed it, Indian held Kashmir. Now think !
You have clearly lost your mind, it seems.

WE dare India to try something stupid again.

Here is some reality for you - WE (as in Punjabi) are natural warriors. WE do not fear, and do not submit easily. WE even fought Alexander the Great while knowing what he was capable of.

YOU do not want to test us in this manner, and your feeble threats will not work on us.

Sorry for invoking my internal Punjabi here but I just wanted you to know.

.
Since when are the 'numbers' representative of power and martial prowess in any theater?
Just look at India and Pakistan and see what numbers can do. And you seriously suggesting that poking Sindhi's who number up and over 30 million is same as screwing a one man show called Bugti??

If PDF was representative of the demography and electoral base we would have dozens of members for every one who agrees with you. But just because they mostly are rural and don't have access to internet or very few of them live abroad means they don't get to shout their shout here. If we did get to hear the real shout, yours would be drowned out. But don't forget in the real world, on the ground they do exist. That is reality you have to live with. Or you think using Modi tactics like sending in 500,000 soldiers [although there are only 8 million Kashmiri compared to 30 million Sindhi] is the right way to go.

Finally, this whole idea is going nowhere. PMIK has enough on his plate. There is also external pressure with India. His advisors would be dumb to open another front inside the country. It would only lead to chaos. I don't think the government will do anything unless it's in suicide mode. Even military dictators dare not carve out Karachi or they would have. Anyway let's see who is right.

YOU do not want to test us in this manner, and your feeble threats will not work on us.
What trip are you on?

. . .
Asalam Alikum, guys.

We know what's going on in Karachi and Sindh.

The current suggestion by Federal Law Minister Farogh Naseem of invoking article 149 has generated some responses and reality which we need to look and observe at - DEEPLY

1. Bilawal calling for Sindhu desh,

2. Raza Rabbani issuing warnings,

3. Kursheed Shah recently threatening on assembly floor that destruction will occur in Karachi if article 149 is invoked....

What do these empty threats tell us? It tells only ONE thing that

PAKISTAN , as a state, has no rule or jurisdiction on Karachi or any other area of Sindh...

Even if federal government wins seats from specific areas of Sindh and want to take over on their own then PPP will become hurdle in their ways by stoking Sindhi nationalism and bullshit of "Attack on Subai Khudmuktari"

What PPP is conveying that we rule Sindh and you can't do jack shit in Sindh if we don't allow you.

This is literally an unofficial and subliminal separation of Sindh province from Pakistan.

PPP, as of now, is at height of arrogance and power....after ruling Sindh for damn TWELVE YEARS, they have started considering themselves as BAAP of Sindh.

What gives them more confidence is pathetic silence from Establishment....PPP thinks due to current hot border with India, army won't like to get involved in Sindh for law and order situation.....This is what gives them more confidence and this WHERE, I think bluff of PPP should be called.

PPP is brainwashing common Sindhis and strengthening her foothold just like MQM used to do in Karachi at some point in history.

If PPP is not tackled now and thrown in dustbin, then Pakistanis will pay hefty price in liberating Sindh which will result in blood...a lot of.

PPP has smarted the art of manipulation...Bilawal is not a kid...He knows what he is saying. After all, he is son of Zardari, cunning and selfish one.

Time is running out. If establishment allows PPP to rule even after 12 years, she will find itself more suffocated in Sindh province...

Dealing/softness with zardari and other PPP elite shouldn't give establishment some false sense of relaxation about having presence in Sindh....As of now, Pakistan, as a state, and her establishment has practically NO authority over Karachi and Sindh. PPP knew that they might not come to power again so they passed that damn 18th amendment which favor them right at heart, empowered themselves and snatched all rights of city and at the same time, ended the authority of Pakistan over Sindh province.

Now, whenever, the state would want to fix the mess in province, PPP will play Sindh card, will call it alag sooba sazish and will try to manipulate common Sindhis against state of Pakistan.

This is a dangerous situation and demands one time fix surgery, once and for all.

Your call, establishment.

@Oscar @ps3linux @Karam Ali @Khafee @Zibago and @others
Every day ppp further destroys its claim as a federal party
There is a reason why even Balochistan rejected them
All they care about is keeping their government in Sindh intact

Are you asking to do what Modi did on Kashmir? Kind of hypocrisy. No?

  • Centre takes over using special powers
  • Centre then bifurcates the province
I am for direct governor raj
Ppp used that option on Balochistan

No idea what you are going on about...

Stick to the topic yaar
8-)
Told you

.

Ppp used that option on Balochistan
Zibago, I would be shocked if they go for governor raj. Sindh is vastly larger and PPP has manifold greater political base even if it is restricted to Sindh. It might have lost all of Pakistan but in Sindh it still dominates. I would honestly be surprised if PMIK goes for this option. He does not have sufficient majority in centre, he has too much on his plate and a dangerous situation brewing over the LOC. Any slight miscalculation would present India with a fertile ground to cause grief. I repeat I don;t think this is going anywhere.

That doesn't make sense because apart from Hydrabad/Karachi, rest of Sindh is happy with PPP governance. Only demand should be to empower local government in Karachi.

PPP used governor raj in Balochistan during their time and also almost used that option in Punjab
Governor raj over corruption will be more than welcome and wont create much trouble
They are not capable of violence
We were told much about ptm too what happened? Poof

I doubt this will happen. PTI government will struggle. They can experiment in K-Pk or Punjab only. Only Musharaf, a military dictator could have done this when ruled for nearly 8 years. And he had ear to Karachi.

Yeah sure sure maybe that is why people are dying in tharparkar from hunger

I will give you two examples.

1. Just 90,000 American troops took over entire Iraq by force in a span of only 21 days in 2003 - a country with a population in crores.

2. MQM - a small political party - held entire Karachi hostage to its EVIL for years, a city with the population exceeding 1.5 crore on its own. When people of Pakistan had enough with MQM's nonsense, Pakistan Rangers fixed it in a span of some months.

Again, numbers do not matter but 'ground realities' do. How many Sindhi are happy under fuedalism of PPPP? This is a potential research project for the likes of you.

IOK and Sindh are two different political realities. Sindh is a part of Pakistan, and for any true Pakistani, country comes first. WE are not talking about subjecting Sindh to an occupation of sorts, WE are talking about fixing Karachi and reforming PPPP (administrative/political moves that might be necessary in the larger interests of the country).

As a Pakistani, your priority is to fix Pakistan or to continue to let it rot from within? Article 149 is not an illegal move but a part of Pakistan's constitution. So why should Sindhi be up in arms against it on average? Of-course, this card cannot be invoked in haste but through building a case for it by educating the masses and exposing PPPP in the process.

Finally, this whole idea is going nowhere. PMIK has enough on his plate. There is also external pressure with India. His advisors would be dumb to open another front inside the country. You realize that people of Karachi are calling out on PMIK to do something about Karachi? Or you think that their voices do not count and WE should let them suffer at the hands of grossly incompetent and corrupt PPPP which does not have much political representation in Karachi regardless?

Karachi is a Pakistani metropolis, and not private property of a Sindhi wadera.

Once again, how to fix Karachi? Tell us.

They can do it as ppp is no longer in a position to cause trouble however doing that in conjunction with horse trading would be most profitable

Karachi should suffer because we dont want to hurt feelings of waderas

Okay. I will say it here that Karachi -

  • will not be carved in the present term of goverment.
  • will not be devolved in the present term of government

for reasons I stated earlier. Now let's see how it pans out. And PTM is wrong example. They had one or two seats. That is analogous to Bugti. A more reasonable comparison would be PPP government removing a PTI led K-pk.

1. Just 90,000 American troops took over entire Iraq by force in 2003 - a country with population in crores.
Yeh. You sure tripping. American troops with logistical and support that only a superpower can sustain. Gawd !

Once again, how to fix Karachi? Tell us.
Send in US Marines???

.
sitting on the bodies of countless dead children from thar & the rest of sindh interior while being completely inept to even clean up the trash from Karachi, if billo randi I mean rani thinks that save a few vaderas, if the common sindhi is gonna come out on her call for any sundudesh then she is sadly SADLY mistaken. nawaz sharif at least DID do SOMETHING for punjab & yet, after giving the call for a rebellion in punjab after his & his daughter's life time disqualification, no one came out on the streets for him.

these crooked thugs masquerading as politicians need to give up this crooked little measly little tactic of trying to blackmail the nation with threats of rebellion...its NOT gonna work. East Pakistanis had genuine grievances from the center while here, ALL the grievances point to the provincial government...not the center. The federal government is trying to help & the common Pakistani in sindh knows e very well.
