Need to start doing this in Wakhan corrider. That area is culturally similar to North Pakistan, and its people will be happy to have a more stable country such as Pakistan take over it.

For the Afghan Pashtuns, we should help them create a safe zone in East and South Afghanistan so they are safe from Northern Alliance war criminals.
