And then putting the blame on VoIP, without even bothering to find out how the caller managed to get the Major's name, phone number and the station. Did the camel or the pigeon relayed all these info back to ISI.

Another Point.......If Indian Authorities.....detect that VOIP call was originated from Pakistan....they must had track this though Global IP address and through IP address they could easily get the Location in Pakistan from where which exactly area the call was originated.........but here seems like missing many things........seems like another cheap blaming attack on Pakistan like happened few days before where Indian Media showed Dead Pakistani MQM Politician involved in terrorist attacks with Indian Mujahdins......
