Even if Pakistan gets UCAVs from other source, will they use it as CIA uses their drones?

We already have a few.......while a new will be launched in august this year followed by 3 or 4 more in the next 2-4 years time.
Also we have our own Burraq UCAV under development ......while according to source we have CH-3 drones on order frm China.........While we have signed an MOU on Drone tec with Turkey.

ISLAMABAD: The United States will provide Pakistan with 85 small ‘Raven’ drone aircraft, a U.S. military official said Thursday, a key step to meeting Islamabad's calls for access to U.S. drone technology.
