I actually lost you...You want to know Indian losses in kargil?? there is a white paper on it...and the number is out there for public consumption...let me know if you still want me to quote...regarding the Army culture...well sure...though i am also sure that you believe IA culture is to leave dead bodies, never accept dead and never take revenge...if not then not sure why you had to mention this...all i am saying is that you guys are not sure about your actual losses because those numbers were not made public....the numbers shared by your PM and then Army chief were poles apart...and not allowing any inquiry/fact finding mission post the conflict didn't help either...rest because of your stand you were not able to claim enough chaps that we had to bury on our side...so if you think all this is farce then can't help...

about indian army culture of accepting dead why were indians shocked by the numbers when revealed recently? 4600+ killed in loc since kargil. add BSF casualities too. it exceeds 7000. add those killed by mujahideens 1174 it exceeds 8000. natural or accidental deaths not included.

Pakistan army is more responsible, & sane, than their counterpart, they care about civilian's on either side of LoC. We should appreciate Pak army DGMO for engaging Indian army DGMO over hotline. & things seem quieter ever since then.

As for these delusional India patriots: If Indian army/govt/media is so truthful about their claims, then 1) why don't they let international media come to IoK? 2) why aren't there any UN observatories on your side like we have on our side in AJK? 3) why don't you let any third party get involved in resolving all these standing disputes? 4) why don't you agree to let UN investigate all the violations?. What is there to hide if India is so truthful? All we get to hear are lies via your bollywood esque news channels, & even your army.

Hope sanity prevails, and i'm saying this for the sake of Indian army & civilian population on the LoC.
