Current BD govt is violating the tripartite agreement between Pakistan, India and Bangladesh in 1974.

It is not violating the agreement. As it says that the countries cannot prosecute nationals of the other two nations for the crimes committed during the war of 1971. This is how Pakistan got their 195 prisoners of war back.

Bangladesh has two things to counter what sartaz aziz will have at the UN or the Big 5.
1. Bangladesh has every right to prosecute its nationals and not that of Pakistan.
2. War was fought between 3–16 December 1971 and the crimes commited on the land before or after are under the jurisdiction of 'Law of the Land'.

I’m not a fan of Keder Siddiqee. He resigned from Awami league and form a new party. I think he is trying to gain some anti-Awami vote but people aren’t buying it. He is just another awami with different label.



He recently said: “Jamat i Islamic party was against the separation of East Pakistan because they foresee annihilation of EP by India. He then goes one to say that he would not have fought for separation if he knew Jamat claimed would come true.”



I think guy is hypocrite. He doesn’t really believe what he said. Otherwise why would he regularly visit India?
