Well, FIA decided to issue visas on arrival to these 24 tourism friendly countries when Tariq Pervez was the Director General of FIA, he retired in 2008

Don't mind, seems visa on ARRIVAL is just a show-off...it mostly include the first world countries...few questions
1. How come US is friendly ?
2. Is anyone really arriving (or how many are expected to arrive) from these countries (lest China)?
3.Why UAE,Saudi or other Muslim states are not there?Are they not friendly?

hamsayoon ka haq pehla hai, open borders and free entry for Afghanistan and India. FIA ki koi zaroorat nahi. NAP bakwas hai.

other countries do it on mutual basis, give and take but we have a big heart.....mulk mae sab aman aur shanti hai...Amreeka se taluqaat achay ho gai hain koi dhamki threat nahi internal aur external.

but on the other hand, if FIA and counter intelligence is improved and no one will be killed and kidnapped, its a good move to help economy otherwise disaster in making. may be before elections govt wants to cause more chaos to help Mariam and nawaz.
