Pakistan to Export Rice to Iran in Exchange for Electricity Payments

it's more of a trade, but good enough as Pakistan has surplus rice and not a lot of money, good deal.

Since oil prices are droping perhaps we should just trade with cash Rice is more valuable
Food prices are marked to increase due to population increase

Average rice quality is available in whole sale shops below 110 rupees per kg & 150 rupees per kg in super stores.

If those rice exported than prices would hike up, I mean poor people already can't afford it if it gets more scrace than prices will rise as its common only alternative food instead of wheat for our people.

I understand nothing is free in this world but Pakistan is a brotherly nation and they're in need. Hopefully once Iranian electricity is in great surplus, we'll give some free electricity to Pakistan.
Not even in million years mate. Its just buisness nothing to do with goodwill. Barter trade between pakistan and irran has been on for a long time. Last time i read a news about trade of iron ore from iran in exchange of wheat. That was durring sanctions so i guess they are exploiting a loop hole for trade

Thanks for the gesture bro, but we'll pay for it. :)

What we need from Iran, is cooperation on our borders. Keep it as trouble free.
