Funny how these reports don't mention the fact that indian has enough uranium and plutonium to make 2000 nuclear weapons. These type of articles were also appearing on the web throughout 2002 saying that Iraq had WMD that could destroy Europe in 30 mins. We all know how that ended. I doubt the validity of such articles. If anything, Pakistan needs to expand and advance it's nuclear arsenal more. With a clear focus on 2nd & 3rd strike capabilities and thermonuclear weapons. Such articles are circulated to make Pakistanis complacent.

It is necessary to keep the uranium enrichment facilities and plutonium plant operative even at low capacity, otherwise tge whole system will prone to defects and fault.
