Isolate? Its already isolated if you've seen it. Its segregated geographically on the basis of difference of ethnicity. Hazara Town and Cantonment are just two small examples. There are areas completely inhibited by the pakhtuns.
Quetta has already suffered isolation and is in this condition because of the same issues. You my friend are suggesting to make Quetta a Ghetto and that will only worsen the situation and strengthen the BLA and its sympathizers.

• Any person or Person (s) leaving quetta city will have to take permission from the city authorities.

• Any movement from outside to Metropolises will have to identity themselves, including their area of stay and purpose.

This is already happening except for the city specific identification. This is not the issue. Its the training and determination of the police. The police needs to be brought up a couple of notches. Better equipped and should be a mix of all ethnic credentials. Both in the officer ranks as well as the sepoys. This would create harmony.

Furthermore, we need a Brigade strength of FC scattered on the outskirts of Quetta. Way out of the city. This should work as the 1st LOD.

All cities will have to be barricaded and Anti-explosive detectors should be provided to all authorities.

Explosive detectors are a farce. These were procured in the past and came out to be a scam because of the PPP government's corruption infestation.

They dont work. Dogs do. We need heavy trained canine units embedded with the FC and the Police on all Exits and Entries.

More importantly Pakistan has to speed up its Educational reforms and disband all religious schools and get them into mainstream education..

Only if we can provide cheap or free quality education. Most people sending their kids to Madrassas do so because they cant feed their kids due to poverty and neither can they send them to decent schools. Without an alternative, shutting down madrasas will also add fuel to fire. First we should have a system in place and I agree with you that we need dire reforms for education as early as possible.
