ly-80 was also good.If i'm right or seniors can correct me I have found this information on which I can say that ly-80 was an upgrade to hq-16 and hence could be called as hq-16b with maximum detection range of 70km which is more than hq-16's 40km and other parameters include:

Pakistan Army to acquire Fd-200 long range Air defense system

According to Tass, Russian news agency interviewing a Pakistan defense minister production, Pakistan is considering to acquire Fd-200 long SAM Systems from china in order to meet long range air defense requirements.

Fd-200 is export varaint of Chinese HQ-9 SAM system with maximum combat range of 125 Km (200km according to wiki) , with max speed of Mach 4.2 and response time of 15 seconds.
It has a long range Semi-active radar homing seeker (SERHS) .

According to Tass Pakistan also inducted 200 Qw-18 Man portable SAM looking to manufacture domestically under licensee.
