Pakistan ready to fight Kulbhushan's case in ICJ vigorously

The best option is "India should ask NZ through Jandal or PM modi " , NZ will get him release in the name of democracy or NZ has the right since he is the final authority army has to oblige his decision..

Ky will be back to India, come on Indians Chillax , you have your asset in Pakistan ( NS ) he will make sure that he is released , woh bhi Ba-izzat :)

So many pessimist posts in this thread all of a sudden.
What happened ? Did i miss anything that made indian position strong ?

Nah, indian Position is still same, its just our people are selling themselves like socks in Jumma bazaar

Had Pakistan got any evidence they would have had fair trail. Their evidence will not stand in ICJ trial.

ICJ has nothing to do with this case. It's out of their ambit. Pakistan government would be so stupid if they even entertain that court. It would be setting a precedence for future. Just hang that Spy terrorist.

Delaying Kulbhushan's hanging is another treason against country. You know India is going to make fuss and you are allowing it to make more fuss for a longer duration of time, with no gains for Pakistan.

19th May is the end of 30 days period of Kulbhushan. Now lets see how this International Court thing goes, but if Pakistan decidese not to give them value, Kulbhushan will be executed on 20th May.

We don't need to prove anything to anyone. The fact that he was not shot right on the border and afforded a trial is proof enough, if any one has any issues with that, we don't care.

Pakistan would loose badly, because since from day one Pakistan has never provided any proof, the international community does not accept fgcm trials as fair, this will humiliate Pakistan on an international level.

Fair trial for terrorists, now that sounds interesting but I think the trial was quite fair. If it was the US at the receiving end they would have bombed the sponsor of that terrorist back to stone age, don't you think so?

International community can suck the sugar canes, we don't need to prove anything to anyone. btw when international community is done sucking on the sugar canes Indians can enjoy the sweetness from whichever end they like

If you ever come out of that hole you are living in, you'll discover a different world that is neither as stupid as Indians nor thinks like them

around the world if you articulate the word "terrorist", people immediately relate it to Pakistan...I dont know whether this notion is created by India or Pakistanis themselves...

Let's see which internal country is stupid enough to come out in favour of this indian sponsored terrorist

1. Vienna convention don't apply on spies.
2. ICJ have no juristriction over two common wealth member countries dispute.
3. indo pak 2008 agreement give Pakistan right to deny him counselor access.
4. Pakistan can say that still terrorists sponsored by India and revealed by kalboshan are on run and his release or counselor access will put Pakistan security at risk.
5. Pakistan can hang him before any legal stay is given on his death sentence.
6. Pakistan get out of ICJ court and ask China to veto any UN resolution against us.
7. kalboshan real name or fake name is Hussain Mubarak. India never asked for access to Hussain Mubarak Patel.
8. Pakistan if ICJ hear this issue should take up old issues dismissed by ICJ on the grounds that they don't have any juristriction over common wealth countries issue and then take up the issue at UN about the double standards and then take china path of not accepting ICJ double standards.
1. Him being a spy is disputed:rolleyes:.
2. ICJ has jurisdiction over the Vienna convention relating to consular access.
3. Please provide link about the 2008 agreement to support your claim.
4. You have no proof against him. Sartaj Asis said that few weeks before your mil court gave a verdict. Where did all evidence come in a second?
5. Yeah, go ahead, then why are you not hanging him yet. Afraid of international repercussions?
6. Don't expect China to veto everything that is against you. Which only further strain India-China relation. China is not going to buy that. May be if she does, it comes with a prize.
7. BS forged document created by Pakistanis
8. The dossier you send to UN about Jadhav is rusting on the Table of UN gen secy.

Hi
Can anybody enlighten me on what are the costs ( monetary ) for fighting a case in International Court ?

From day one, none of the journalists got to meet him or see him, people in pakistan are unable to to name the defending lawyer, there was no proofs ever provided to pakistani media or international media. Pakistan would loose this case very badly.

To prove anyone as terrorist you need proof or any witnesses, pakistan has not provided any to anyone till date,
