My take on this... timing of this statement shows it is NOT in regards to indian statements. But in reply to Obama & FBI's Boston chief's statements. Who are tacitly talking of a "world wide search" for those behind Boston... "we'll go where ever the evidence takes us, we'll go to the ends of the earth"...
