Not hard at all ! They - the Ahmedis - are forbidden by Law from associating with Muslims in any way or form whether it involves calling themselves as Muslims or whether it involves calling their places of worship as Mosques ! They can't even give the Call to Prayers (Azan) without inviting a Legal Recourse against them !

Such are the ways of the Government of Pakistan when they, under a Military Dictator, made these laws ! And before that they, under a Civilian Martial Law Administrator & later Prime Minister, declared them - the Ahmedis - as Non-Muslims per the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan !

Unfortunately still the People of Pakistan, by & large, support this !

What can i say,you know what i think about that.
As long as people or the governments think that way,the country will suffer and allways fall a prey to enemies.

In India, a State law can pass a blanket law on slaughter in certain areas. It cannot pass a law which is discriminatory eg. Muslims may not slaughter or Hindus may not slaughter or Ahmedis may not slaughter etc. The point of discussion here is discrimination against a specific group. Dude.. Pakistan is based on Islamic foundations that are discriminatory by design since they consider all other religions are untrue and hence inferior. And since Ahmadis are not considered Muslims, they fall int he same bucket.
