Pakistan PM burst out: Pakistanis not safe in Digital Space, nor safe in Physical Space, nor Social Space| Failed Security | Can't Protect Borders

Honesty is definitely still a virtue. Kakar has overshadowed the last 2 PMs with his brute honesty and sincerity.

Haji said same Pakistan have no petrol for tanks.

You still think Kakar is not boot licker ?

Haji and Hafiz focus is/was only Imran Khan

This is not about the PA only. It is about Pakistan remaining a security state on account of our foreign policy. All the issues that the interim PM graced us with derive from these externalities.

Whosoever has the right solution, should stand in elections. In my view, nobody does. From the mufti to the khaki, we are floating listlessly.

Tbh yes it is about PA only. The reality is that unless the army gives up power, Pakistan will continue to remain a security state. The buck ends with the army not civilians. There's really no sustainable solution w/o this step.

This was beginning to be addressed during PTI's time with focus on exports & "geoeconomics" (as flawed as their understanding of it was). Bajwa & Munir have completely reversed this & returned us to security state status.

.
The border security should be a priority. Are they actually going to follow through with repatrating the afghan refugees this time?

.
Our foreign policy is always run by Pak army. Imagine in Nawaz era , non foreign minister and carry FO portfolio . Pak had some activity during IK era, but later our establishment roll back the policies and fully tilted to West. Our foreign policy was only Afghan war and US aid ...nothing else. Now party is over ....nation need a true democracy and long term foreign policy

Then the question gets/has to be asked “which civilians” to hand over power to. What culture of governance will the civilians operate under. Will the individual greed or ineptitude of the politicians mire the nation to go in circles for years.

Most institutions are hollowed out and civilians have been not had the experience of having the final say.

How do we correct this?

.
Then do something about it.

Its not very different to bring a change. The biggest issue is the rulers themselves do not want to bring a change. The safarishi they appointed would be on confused.com with the changes, and how would the changes safeguard their future politics.
