Actually, no. No one is eying Pakistani citizenship(the only exception is Afghans) except for a few individual cases on account of marriages. That said, I really wont mind what you said happening.

Pakistani Hindus ask for Indian citizenship every now & then . They get it & should get refuge in India.
but i wonder why no Indian muslim no matter how persecuted he is ( as per pakistani claims ) ask for pakistani citizenship... correct me if i am wrong...
