I have agreements and disagreements with IK, but fact is he is lonely fighting against status quo and chances of him marching towards victory beyond threshold are zero (unless Almighty have different plans for Pakistan). The parties of status quo (Political elite, Bureaucracy, Military elite, Judiciary, Business Tycoons, Wadairas/Jagairdars etc.) can't afford to end up where they will be treated like rest of mango men and will be answerable. So, IK isn't Danday/Bamboo wali Sarkar you are looking, he is trying to do the task with matchstick.

.
My only suggestion make it an permanent highest level commission headed by CJP who keep tab how much loan any govt acquire as its finally have to repaid by ordinary peoples they have right to know how much and for what purpose govt take loans on their name

Oh he's not alone. Yes we can say spiritual part that Allah swt is with him but religion aside, the masses love him and the military establishment is firmly with him. The common Pakistani knows that things will get expensive but at least with Imran Khan in control, the common Pakistani also gets to see the once untouchables like nawaz & zardari et al get dragged off to jail. The military also knows that Imran Khan is not a crooked businessman unlike his competition and is also a patriot who proved his mettle by staring india down while the Military ripped new delhi a new one!

even if PMIK fails, he could at least say that he tried.he is not a politician and a politician cannot fix the country.
he is not that great of a speechwriter or orator but who cares bout that when they have someone that speaks his mind and is confident irrespective of what season lying politicians and opponents have to say.
change can come only from the inside and by fighting against the obvious and numerically high odds unless some here think a revolution is a possibility.

there was already law available which limits powers of govt to take loan beyond certain amount but financial consultants and those having knowledge of finance and economics are very smart to fool nation and take loans by using new types of complex financial instruments and cjp have no knowledge and ability to detect it as it is not field of ordinary judges

And my suggestion will be instead of this (as CJP is also part of status quo), is to make amendment in constitution where
1) Taxes should be divided into three parts
a. General Taxes to run state
b. Taxes to finance the subsidies/freebies (Revenue from general taxes can't be used to finance subsidies and lollypops to get populous vote)
c. Taxes for loan repayments
2) Government in every budget should tell how much it's going to tax people for subsidies/freebie schemes.
3) Government must take approval to get new loan (in any form) from parliament first, and must tell (1) How much loan it's going to take, (2) From whom and on what terms (3) At same time get approval to raise loan repayment taxes to ensure that repayments will be done.
4) Government must publish quarterly reports on (1) General revenue collection and spending (2) Revenue for subsidies/freebies collected and spending (3) Loans taken, spending progress and revenue collected for repayment.

In this way the idiot mango man will understand that nothing is free in this world, the subsidies/freebies he is getting is coming out of his/her own pocket and he/she is paying loans government is getting. In this way, it will not be only CJP/NAB/PAC etc. who will be monitoring government, Public will also be involved.

No both the ceiling limit and the SPVs to mask debt are general knowledge when the SBP head is your pet dog then he will do what his master wanted and he did. The CJP took notices of all the bad deals and declared them non-viable. The government did nothing. Because when the mess is created they can blame the judiciary. This all is planned.

what about convertible debentures and share which can be converted between loans and shares and are dubious transactions and in west they are innovating new financial instrument and new methods of raising finance continuously through complex transactions which most of people here not know to manipulate such transactions and control economy

No first of all those are not new or dubious in anyway. These instruments are old and have got nothing to do with the government. You will find such instruments on the stock market. Sovereign loans may or may not be collateralized depending on the country's financial condition. Our highways are collateralized for Eurobonds. The only financial wizardry is using SPV to supposedly hide the circular debt and the PSE's debt. So it does not show up on the balance sheet. The debt ceiling was removed first by PPPP and then PMLN.

i have just given this as example and i know it is old method but there are many new methods to do money laundering after launch cryptocurrency and many new type of financial instruments which were not available in past which can be used by those in govt to loot money of nation other than taking loans

As I said, stakes in maintaining status quo are too high for beneficiaries of the system. Forces currently supporting IK have their own threshold and will not support him if he tries to cross that threshold. I am not optimistic that IK will be able to root out the system, all I am expecting and waiting him to do some structural reform to put country on right track, but frankly till now it has been mostly talks. I can understand he don't have enough power in assembly and senate to do drastic legislation but at-least the draft of legislations should have presented by now so that we can understand what change he want to bring, and should have done reforms which he can do with executive powers or at-least should have finalized and presented the plan of reforms with timelines.

Let me tell you an old joke. A military commander visited one camp of his forces, after inspection he told captain that the soldiers stinks, they must change their under wears and socks. When he left, captain return to soldiers and said, "Chief says that you mofos stink and should change your under wears and socks, Everyone of you must change your under wears and socks with person standing on right side of you.". So, the conclusion is that every change isn't good, it can be sh!tty as well. IK is right that our system stinks and needs change, I support him in bringing change. But he must tell, How the change will be executed so that we don't end up exchanging under wears and socks.
