Pakistan needed 50 Billion Trees for Clean and Healthy Environment !!!

All Four provinces and Azad Kashmir governments should plant minimum 10 billion trees in next 10 years for clean environment .
25% of area of country should have trees for good economy as per UN reports.Pakistan have less than 5% area covered with trees. Canada more than 25% area covered with trees and have more than 500 billion trees .

Trees capture the Co2 emission and clean the environment . Lahore is among worst polluted cities of world.

The total forest cover in the Pakistan is disputed but a report by the Food and Agricultural Organisation (FAO) mark it even lower than 2.2 percent of total land. Another report indicates that the situation is even worse and that the forest cover is near 1.91 percent. Pakistan loses 42,000 hectares or 2.1 percent of its forests every year.

Now going to the OP, it's almost impossible to bring Pakistan forest area percentage upto 50%. It's not going to happen.

Realistically should be around 10-12%.

well hollistic farming which is now considered a lost art can bring the arid land back to life in most cases.

all this requires planning with foresight and consultation.
