English is not the most used language in India, its only used in offices and govt centers, also converting english texts to hindi, punjabi, malayalam, telugu, marathi, sindhi, kashmiri, gujarati, urdu, konkani, bengali, oriya, assamese, kannad would be a hectic job dont you think? India is way more than what you know, it would take a lot more time, at least spend your whole life.....

Secondly Uri attacks would have pointed out the camaradie btw locals and Army. 3 districts dont make up Kashmir. After attacks the locals came and helped the Army. Go to Kargil just to see how locals hate Pakistan. Its same in border regions.
