Is it possible to add 2-4 torpedos on such a boat for anti-sub operations..I mean we can make them in numbers and even if we somehow add 2 torpedoes in one boat..it will enhance our capability greatly overall

I don't think at this size it could have torpedoes added.its size is only 560t.

For the Azmat class ideally you would move the AK630 to the front and install a 15 or 18 cell FL-3000N Launcher at the current ciws location. Additionally to fill the 1000t corvette need i would scale the ship up to around 1200-1500t. Change the FL-3000N to a 27 cell launcher add a helipad/hangar and sonar/torpedo tubes and a towed array and possibly antisub rockets.

I dream local licensed manufacturing of Umkhonto. I foresee some MANPAD stapled to a Turkish launch pedestal.

Umkhonto is a good design, no doubt.

PN has always ignored AAW, went only for ASW capability, bought those ugly LY-60N / FM-90N launchers over the much capable Mk 29.

I am highly suspect that they will come. If not them or an enlarged azmat, i would be willing to consider the P18 variant of the type 056 but should have at least 15-17 cell FL-3000N
