Priority number one should be to increase ties and convince the Iranians to drop India in Chahbahar.

I tell that to Pakistanis all the time and I get called Saffavid, or a cuck to the Iranians engage with Iran and stop taking sides in the sectarian conflicts

Iran will learn the hard way if it believes Indians are "partners". Indians are playing the good cop only up to the time it suits them then at some point they will show their extreme true saffron colour.

Hi,

It would have been easier to do if the Pak military had a 100-150 K extra troops in the Yemen theater---.

Army might---naval might---air might---armor might---that would have made the iranians think harder---. It would have made the indians think their moves---.

Iranians are no friends of pakistan---they are a neighbor and an acquintance---and no more---.

They are closer to Pakistan in all sense than they are to India, yet we are the ones being left aside. We actually need to have a good relationship with Iran, I think it is very important. We have already too many enemies in the region.

Hi,

After India---Iran is the biggest threat for pakistan---.

Iran is a pariah state---it is a harbinger of death and destruction in the middle east---.

It has destroyed multiple nations that it became friends with to save its skin---.

Is it just the religious sentiment of the pakistani diaspora that they fall for Iran---?

historically we had good relationship with Iran

their technicians help integrate American Sidewinder missiles onto the Chinese built F6 in 1971

they also sent contingent of nurses to treat our soldiers

Pakistan should not get involved in the Middle East politics keep its lines clear and keep good ties with all

Shah was good Ayatollahs are not but that doesnt and should not be reflected on the Iranian people
