a well done Biriyani is amazing. My personal favourite way of having rice is lamb pilau, heavy on the seasoning and the butter. Biriyani is great though, cooked properly of course.I have never had Nihari or Biriani. Both seem to be from India. It looks so yucky and over spiced, drowning in oil. I like karahi, lightly flavoured, grilled meat again lightly spiced with lots of salads and yoghurt. Not only is it tasty but also healthy. The only food I would eat there was the grilled meats and karahi.
Me as well. What is the differance between Pilau and Biriani?rice is lamb pilau

I want to try camel meat and milk or ostrich meat and egg.
Ostrich meat is very stringy; we dont eat here; too many ostriches around. Man, you want to eat ostrich egg? You will have one mother of heart burn; very high acidic.I want to try camel meat and milk or ostrich meat and egg.
the more you will progress the more you eat good food like meat.Pakistanis eat so much red meat. Its sometime scary to think about the consequences. Red meat is really harmful.
In Bangladesh we eat beef / mutton but once in a week or month or on occasion only still doctor says we Bangladeshis used to eat beef / mutton rarely once or twice in a year but now a days we eat it weekly or monthly basis that's why we have so many cardic patients in our country which was not common in previous times.
It depends on who cooked it. If the chef cooked it bad then shoot him.i tried it in fordburg.... man no good. but then again. not sure if that Pak place knew how to cook it right.
it is a logical consequence of combining red meat with heavy dosed oil specifically hydrogenated palm oils. That is a perfect reciepe for cardiac arrests. I saw it labeled in Fordsburg where i pick up my annual rice consignments as vegetable ghee... when i looked at the detailed hydrogenated palm oil; we dont find this in our SA stores where it is not allowed for consumption; here it is primarily maize or vegetable seed oil. Palm is only in industrial use.Pakistanis eat so much red meat. Its sometime scary to think about the consequences. Red meat is really harmful.
