Yes, some things are not on the table for India as @Freyja has correctly stated but I wouldn't say that they represented the majority of what the US could sell. What can't be sold to India is a rather limited set of equipment wheras the US is willing to sell AESA equipped F-16/18s (even the F-35), AH-64Es, CH-47Fs, M777s, P-8Is, C-17s, MQ-4Cs, C-130Js, E-2Ds etc etc. Some of this represents the exact spec of equipment the US Mil is currently operating.Only a select few will ever be on offer to India, and even those will be specified very tightly.
To be honest I thought @Syed.Ali.Haider sir was referring to non-US equipment and so got curious as to what he could be referencing, a major brain fade on my part reallyIf you knew that then why'd you ask such an asinine question?
There are limits to what the US will sell, from platforms to the goodies packed in them.
Geopoltical considerations and the chance to gain their most valuble client state to date would have them offer India anything IF (big if) they were willing to sign certain binding agreements and do "certain" things.Would they? Do we know that? Has there been an inquiry for them? Or is this just wishful thinking.
