PAF can do instead going for 5th generation fighter procurement they should go for 4+ category fighter assembly line in PAC with tot and while assembling those fighter learn more advance tech and keep continue work on jf-17 block III & Stealthy block IV..

US is interested in selling F-35s to IN that is why they will not sell it to Pakistan, even if its sold it will be less in numbers like initial F-16 sale of 80s and a water down version too, India will be offered better version like they were offered in MMRCA.

Exactly which US fighter aircraft do the Indians operate at the moment? If the US can "offer" to sell a fighter aircraft to India then Pakistan can also "offer" it's JF-17 Thunder to India.

"Offer" means nothing. It's deal or no deal. Currently as we stand, Pakistan continues to receive US fighter aircrafts for the past 50-60 years, India hasn't received one.

F-35 is a great 5th generation aircraft and will be a good addition to the PAF Fleet.

I think we should go for the Chinese j-20 , Not the F-35 , we should not depend on the US anymore , j-20 will be much cheaper and they could be easily maintained in even large numbers,we can easily get them in soft loans from China .

Yeah we dont need Stealth at the moment , we can go with The j-10bs or the Su-35 , Yeah but when India starts operating them we surely would have to buy them then
