Thats what!!!! After attack, after so many have been killed, Pakistan took step to ban them while everyone else was shouting against them for 10 years!!! It seems like Pakistan was waiting for something to happen while these terror networks grow to full capacity through out the country and even threatened outside world.

I believe NACTA should be run by a retired team of ISI operatives and headed by a retired 3 star with CT background. The MOI is an impotent and legless organisation, it can't run this giant machine properly.

Regardless, this decision should have been taken long ago. No 'Non State' Groups should be allowed to operate from Pakistan's soil.

On a side note, $250 million is peanuts. There is a genuine consensus among Pakistan's Strategic Planners to eliminate all these groups and improve bilateral relations with other countries.
