Because US told you to do so. Remember you are an occupied land so that makes you a slave to your occupier. you do not have a free will and your Govt. is a slave govt. When you brag about being 4th, you are actually bragging about your slavery.

Pakistan decided to recognize Kosovo inspite of Russian pressure. Iran still has not recognized yet because they don't want to displease Russia.
