Afghan Taliban will never blow up something that is useful for common Afghans. They only target the puppets and terrorists of ANA, NDS, foreign occupation force and RAW.

Very good move. We need to undo the damage done by Indian "libraries" in Afghanistan by building something that actually helps the people.

No we shouldn't. It's the same country whose residents and politicians speak ill of Pakistan and blame Pak for their problems but looking at history, Pakistan suffered because of Afghanistan. We should be spending this money on our own people and not others who are traitors. I don't care if there 3 good Afghanis but if their govt. if hell bent on acting against Pakistan then we need to stop acting as if they are our friends.
