According to our current growth of "4%" it'll take us a while. But our growth is only slow due to terrorism, corruption and crime; now that all that is taken care of and ambitious economic projects worth billions of dollars are underway our growth can explode up to 6 or depending on CPEC's success at 9-10%! .
We went from 240 to 270 and that under economic stress of terrorism, crime, mismanagement and corruption. Karachi has been tamed, Terrorism is near dead, corruption is seeing sharp decrease and due to higher education; mismanagement is disappearing. We've lost up to 70-80 billion dollars due to damages caused by terrorism, now that our main obsticale of terrorist is gone, imagine how much we'll grow and develop. Billions are being poured into ambitious projects in Pakistan, including the CPEC. All this in mind, Pakistan can easily reach a average growth rate of 6% and even 9% depending on the out-come of CPEC.
Does'nt matter, according to this report our growth is at 9.7; meaning we are growing much faster than India.
