Its very clear from recent us statements asking india to keep a watch on pakistan, doesnt bode well for pakistan, Its not in usa interests to have a stable and prosperous pakistan, anyway the border should be erected soon as possible to prevent foreign sponspored troublemakes entering pakistan from unstable afghuniland.
