12. And it was transported, part by part, every screw, button, wheel, ignition key, everything was transported separately. But how? Since 9/11 there has been increased security at US airports and F16 parts could not be transported in normal airlines like that.
    
13. Indian must also be wondering, why did this story come out now? What took so long? Why did Pakistan take so long to assemble an F16 from parts and US supplied assembly manual? It should have been easy and fast. So why did it take so long?
