Good Job on the government. Punitive measures on especially Indian upper middle class, which travel internationally, is a good way to go about it. Pakistan should look at how western nations sanction the upper classes of hostile nations, and work on ways to make that happen directly or indirectly, to the extent possible, on the upper and upper middle class of India.

Additionally, Pakistan should:
1. Stop trade.
2. Stop train service.
3. Declare Pakistan won't provide India any corridor to afganistan and central asia today and in the future.
4. Pakistan would take military action in Kashmir for the protection of all Kashmiris.
