KP better than others: BBC report explores deteriorating situation in Pakistani schools

(WebDesk) To what extent government schools in Pakistan changed? BBC report interpolates that in four years, conditions of schools in Sindh has gone worse, while in KP it got better, and in Punjab the number of facilities upgraded.

After 2013, government of every province claimed to improve educational facilities, but BBC report is revealing a different situation. According to report, except KP, educational system does not improve in any other province. The situation, instead of getting improved, got poorer in Sindh.

The number of schools which used to have electricity in 2013-2014 has gone down to 18 per cent. Before four years, there were 27,000 schools which were encircled with walls from four sides, but now there are only 26,000 of them, a reduction one thousand. Sindh government became able to construct toilets only in less than 400 schools since 2013-2014.

In comparison to this, in Punjab the number of facilities increased, and in 1,200 schools the facility of water were provided, while in more than 6,000 schools, electricity services were added. On the other side, in 2,200 toilets facilities were added. Furthermore, 3,400 of them were secured with the construction of walls on four sides.

In the last four years, water was provided to 5,500 schools in KP. 7,500 schools got electricity and in more than 4,300 of them, toilets were constructed. And in more than 4,800 schools external wall was constructed.

Even if PTI forms govt in the center but if PML n manages to win or form a govt in punjab then then they can give a real hard time to PTI.

اسلام آباد میں انتخابی مہم شروع کرنے کی تقریب سے عمران خان کے خطاب کے دوران ہال میں کیا مناظر تھے؟ ایسی ویڈیو منظرعام پر آ گئی کہ خود عمران خان بھی سرپکڑ کر بیٹھ جائیں گے

اسلام آباد (ڈیلی پاکستان آن لائن) پاکستان تحریک انصاف (پی ٹی آئی) چیئرمین عمران خان نے ایک تقریب کے ذریعے اسلام آباد میں انتخابی مہم کا آغاز کر دیا ہے جہاں انہوں نے خطاب بھی کیا مگر اس دوران ہال میں کیا مناظر تھے؟ ایسی ویڈیو منظرعام پر آ گئی ہے کہ دیکھ کر خود عمران خان بھی سر پکڑ لیں گے۔

عمران خان نے تقریب سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے ٹکٹوں کے معاملے پر پیدا ہونے والی صورتحال کے علاوہ ملکی صورتحال پر بھی بات چیت کی اور یہ بھی بتایا کہ وہ اقتدار میں آنے کے بعد ملک کیلئے کیا کریں گے۔ ان کی تقریر ٹی وی چینلوں پر بھی نشر کی گئی مگر اب موبائل سے بنی ایک ویڈیو نے کپتان کے ”ٹائیگرز“ کا پول کھول دیا ہے۔

پی ٹی آئی اس مرتبہ انتخابات کیلئے پرجوش بھی ہے اور جیت کیلئے پرامید بھی، مگر انتخابی مہم شروع کرنے کیلئے منعقدہ تقریب کے دوران ہال کی خالی سیٹیں تو کسی اور جانب ہی اشارہ کر رہی ہیں اور صارفین کا کہنا ہے کہ پی ٹی آئی کے ”ٹائیگرز“ ابھی سے ہی تھک ہار کر گھروں میں بیٹھ گئے ہیں۔

یہ ویڈیو منظرعام پر آنے کے بعد طرح طرح کے تبصرے کئے جا رہے ہیں اور ان کے مخالفین کا کہنا ہے کہ جیسے مناظر اس تقریب میں دیکھنے کو ملے ہیں، پی ٹی آئی کے جلسوں میں بھی ایسے ہی مناظر دیکھنے کو ملیں گے اور عمران خان کو اس مرتبہ بھی شکست کا سامنا کرنا پڑے گا۔
