عام انتخابات کے دوران ملک کے 136 پولنگ سٹیشننز پر ووٹنگ کا ٹرن آؤٹ رجسٹرڈ ووٹوں سے بھی بڑھ گیا، پنجاب کے حلقہ این اے ایک سو ترانوے میں ووٹ ڈالنے کی شرح ایک سو تین فیصد رہی۔

اسلام آباد: (دنیا نیو&#1586 غیر سرکاری تنظیم فیفن نے عام انتخابات کے حوالے سے دلچسپ اعدادوشمار جاری کئے ہیں۔ تنظیم کے مطابق ملک کے 136 سے زائد پولنگ سٹیشنز پر ٹرن آؤٹ 100 فیصد سے بھی زائد رہا۔ 100 فیصد سے زائد ٹرن آؤٹ والے پولنگ سٹیشنز میں پنجاب کے 94، سندھ کے 20، خیبر پختونخوا کے 15 اور بلوچستان کے 4 پولنگ سٹیشن شامل ہیں۔ فیفن کے مطابق ان حلقوں میں ڈالے گئے ووٹوں کی تعداد رجسٹرڈ ووٹوں سے کہیں زیادہ دیکھی گئی۔ ادھر برطانوی نشریاتی ادارے کا کہنا ہے کہ پاکستان میں انتخابات کے بعد دھاندلیوں کے الزامات کوئی نئی بات نہیں مگر اس بار یہ آواز لاہور اور کراچی سے زیادہ اٹھ رہی ہے۔ فیفن کے چیف ایگزیکٹیو افسر مدثر رضوی نے غیر ملکی خبر رساں ادارے کو بتایا کہ انتخاب کے دن کی دھاندلی کا مطلب ہے کہ بیلٹ باکس میں ووٹ غلط لوگوں نے ڈالا ہے، جعلی ووٹ ڈالا گیا ہے یا انتخابی طریقہ کار کی پیروی کیے بغیر ووٹ کاسٹ کیا گیا ہے۔ اگر جعلی ووٹ ڈالے گئے ہیں تو انہیں پکڑنا انتہائی آسان ہے کیونکہ الیکشن کمیشن ہر ووٹر کے انگوٹھے کا نشان لیتا رہا ہے۔ الیکشن کمیشن ایک دن میں ان ووٹوں کی نشاندہی کر سکتا ہے۔ انہوں نے بتایا کہ کراچی میں فیفن نے تقریباً چھ سو سے زائد پولنگ سٹیشنوں کو مانیٹر کیا جن میں سے آٹھ نو فیصد پولنگ سٹیشن ایسے ہیں جہاں رجسٹرڈ ووٹوں سے زیادہ ٹرن آئوٹ رہا۔ اسی طرح کچھ حلقے ایسے ہیں جہاں کچھ پولنگ سٹیشن پر غیر معمولی ٹرن آؤٹ دیکھا گیا اور اسی حلقے میں دوسرے پولنگ سٹیشن میں انتہائی کم ووٹ ڈالےگئے۔ واضع رہے کہ تحریک انصاف کی جانب سے گزشتہ شب کراچی کے علاقے تین تلوار میں دھرنا دیا گیا تھا۔ مظاہرین این اے 250 میں انتخابات میں مبینہ دھاندلی پر احتجاج کر رہے تھے جبکہ لاہور کے علاقے غازی چوک میں گزشتہ روز سے دھرنا ابھی تک جاری ہے۔ متحدہ قومی موومنٹ کے سربراہ الطاف حسین نے ٹیلیفونک خطاب میں مبینہ دھاندلی کے خلاف احتجاج پر ناراضی کا اظہار کیا تھا۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ کراچی میں اگر دھاندلی ہوئی تو پنجاب میں سونامی کہاں گیا۔ انہوں نے مظاہرین کو متنبہ کیا کہ اگر وہ ساتھیوں کو حکم کریں تو تین تلوار پر جمع لوگوں کو تلواروں سے چھلنی کر دیں
