Actually Iran would not desire that Iranians see Pakistanis have doctors and they are not fanatics.
In Iran image of Pakistan is that of primitive people, who are holding grenades in hand ready to throw at Iranian people.

Actions speak louder than words. Helping the earthquake victims is a good step in the right direction.
