Pakistan develops firewall to prevent Website hacking!

First an anti-virus and now firewall.
Great going Guys!

i wonder if they could make a firewall against **** websites....!

Firewall for ****? ... URL filtering software already exist in the market. Why do you need a firewall for ****?

Can any one throw light here as to what exactly has been developed here ...... Embedded security devices and security software are available in the market by thousands. What exactly has Pakistan developed in the firewall domain?

Maybe you are not aware. Whenever such a hacking incident occurs, the concerned agencies have to lodge a formal police case. The servers actually get shut down and taken into custody for forensics (Dont flame me please. I know what im saying here). Yes, the server is down after that attack. The security is being outsourced now to a bigger player. Hence that delay. I dont think, it will be functional for next one month or more.

And part of forencis is to put up the site online once again in honeypot...Which basically logs all the traffic and activity..poor CBI they only had one server..now in custody of police..I hope information about Kassab wasn't stored on the same server as well!

let me tell you few things:

1. cbi website had no sql injection vulnerability.
2. you guys will never be able to find out how it was hacked.
3. i challenge the whole IT industry of India to show a POC as to how it was hacked.
4. Thats the reason your CBI+NIC took so many days to bring it back. No matter how much security you apply to your sites and servers ..go buy some more IPS and IDS and your so called firewalls and stuff ..this thing will still remain vulnerable.
5. Pakistan Cyber Army has no website, group , facebook page. This group PCA which has a website its not us. Its totally different from the ones we are. We did ONGC in 2008 and CBI in 2010. you can google that, but kids got impressed and made so many groups from our name..lol
6. funny aint it.. ..this shud give u rest of the clues..
