Afghanistan is a country built and sustained on Ethnic ideology not Islamic.
It is a country with majority Persian speaking, but claimed as homeland of Pushtoon.
There is no precedence of Afghan treating Pakistani citizens with respect a, let the ialone treating in hospital.
So why should we ?
They are very proud of killing every ethnicity specially Punjabi and still hate Punjabi and look down at all non pushtoon ethnicity. So let them. Why should we treat them better?
Plus how Afghan mentality works is that if as a non pushtoon you treat them well, it's considered as you being afraid of the great pushtoon warriors and acting out of fear. So it's counter productive.

Afghanistan doesn't have any facilities to treat the corona virus. This is like sending these patients to their death. After US withdrawal Pakistan should try to create maximum goodwill among common afghans. Medical assistance in all regards can be the first step for that.

They are already in Pakistan so why deport them. Currently, specialized quarantine wards established in Pakistan are mostly empty. We as a nation should be more empathetic towards our Afghan brothers in this hour of need.
