Not just Sri Lanka, Pakistan's past ammo supplies to multiple countries around the world have been scrounged by Western Governments for further supplying Ukraine. Otherwise, Pak was very much clear about avoiding to take sides for any party in this conflict. Otherwise, if Pak wanted to export ammo to Ukraine, the obvious markings on the ammo would surely have been changed to prevent tracing. Indians are also pouring in ammo and ATGMs into Ukraine, but no signature is there since no markings are there.

Common it's not that easy to avoid end user agreement... obviously they got soft yes from Pakistan

Though I won't be surprise if it was direct export from pakistani stocks

AFAIK, a part of deal in getting missile technology was to give assistance back in nuclear technology. To what level and through whom, this I can't say, but military as well as scientists both were involved.

Russia got rich providing India weapons while generals got rich providing ukriane weapons and Pakistani got poor due to expensive oil and wheat so no problem

I forgot to add that India also got rich buying cheap oil from Russia and then resaling it as refined oil to Europe
Arabs got rich to doing the same.

Only people who got poor were Pakistanis stuck with expensive oil and expensive wheat
