Excellent idea. I am waiting to get URL privileges (after 15 posts) to offer my two bits when I can.

In addition may I suggest, if other members concur, adding 2 threads on: (1) Pakistan in the US FY 2010 Defense Budget; and (2) The US Quadrennial Defense Review (QDR) -- currently under preparation, and expected to be a major revamp of US military doctrine. These are likely to be items of interest, for Pakistan and for the rest of the world, for perhaps a year or so.

Also, although I am not sure if this is entirely appropriate here (guidance on protocol would be appreciated) but could one of the knowledgeable members on this forum help decipher what the phrase "Mi-17 Support to 21st QRS" may mean: an amount of $17 million was spent by the US Defense Department on this item for Fiscal Year 2008 in Pakistan. Thanks.
