The court could not have passed any remark on the working of the military court as they did not have any information on it. Now KJ will get consular access and then a lawyer to represent him in the review. The lawyer will ask for the proceedings in the military court. That is when the action will start.

You refuse to give us the proceeding and we say that KJ is innocent and India does not indulge in terrorism.

You give us the proceedings and we compare the level of proof required to that used against Hafiz Saeed and call you supporters of terrorism.

If you want to make something stick on India in the international forum, you will have to do a retrial in a civilian court where there are great chances that he will go scot free. Otherwise only Pakistanis will accept that he is a terrorist and India supports terrorism.

India can use her Media to convince the populace back at home but India saying that Pakistan will have to do this or that or anything as per Indian wish; as not even mentioned in ICJ verdict at all except that "the way of Pakistan choosing".

If ICJ did have any information about Pakistan Military Court then how come India tried to prove otherwise in first place? This is the third time that India is now making lame excuses regarding rejection of please. How interesting is this to say that "Hey, we raised an issue but unfortunately Court did not nothing so it went against our plea". India made a plea and it was Indian responsibility to convince the Court but totally failed.

One after another lame excuse is being made for saving grace. We don't need to hold a retrial for Indian involvement in terrorism & espionage against Pakistan. The asset called "Monkey" has proven enough and relevant parties does know all. It is the mere Media P.R attempt by India to cook more stories and try to prove otherwise. ICJ did not raise any suspicion over Pakistan Military Courts proceedings, KJ's involvement in Terrorism & espionage being Indian Spy, KJ's passports with malafide intentions; him being caught red handed or he is innocent civilian as prayed by India and that is the case before international forum which is gone totally against India. KJ had the remedy to reach higher forum in appeal against his sentence and that is all ICJ said aka "Review" and that too will happen as per our choosing means, Pakistan's Law.

Invent stories or twist the facts like ZeeNews as much as India can, but the fact remains as it is and nothing going to change.

Check my previous post where I have given a link to the judgement. ICJ did not reject. They did not discuss it.

Because they left the decision iof him being terrorist or not on Pak courts thus also His sentence or release on Pakistani courts so now when we upheld the decision of army court it would have vote of confidence from ICJ

Main thing is ICJ instead of accepting Indian stance of him being innocent and be released just left the decision on pak civil courts in name of review
So when civil court also upheld his sentence t would have ICJ vote of confidence
