As far as briefing is concerned, I think it is good move on diplomatic front. We are living in globalization world, so no harm in sharing your concerns with other.Even though, we know that there will be no outcome any way.

The current Sec-Gen is on record stating that UN will help only if requested to do so by both Pakistan and India.

That does not support either the Pakistani or Indian interpretation of the Simla Agreement - it merely states a fact that in the absence of a Chapter VII UNSC Resolution calling for UN/third part intervention in India and Pakistan, the UN cannot do anything other than encourage the concerned parties to resolve their issues. However, the fact that the UNSC CAN issue binding Chapter VII resolutions on issues involving India and Pakistan means that the Simla Agreement explicitly accepts third party mediation in disputes between India and Pakistan.

Pakistanis forum members are complaining as if Indians are the only ones who tweak thread titles. Check it out this xymt guy windy riaz haq and many more keep opening troll threads with tweaked news titles or based on fake data. No report works on any such thread which is quite understandable this being a Pakistani forum.
