Once again, you think you know what the debate is about.. like how a know it all would. It is about Pakistan's standard of living and potential to grow. The informal economy is good to include for the context because while it may not contribute for state's exchequer, it could still be substantial for the quality of living in the country.

Informal economy is already factored into your official GDP.
Hence it cannot make you richer than you already are according to IMF numbers.

Funny today there are millions of illegal bangladeshis in Pak, yet almost no Pakistani in Bangladesh if Bangladesh is ahead of Pakistan in development why dont any bangladeshis stay in there shithole country instead of migrating to India or Pakistan?

Pak needs to have the following policy vis via Bangladesh

1) Trade on equal basis only. All pakistani businesses in BD should be taxed at 50%. Incentives should be provided to relocate to Pak. Enough with enriching those who stab us in the back

2. Stop all raw cotton exports to BD. Why are we subsidizing our econonic competitors for?

3. National registry for all illegal bangladeshis. Penalties for eating in Pak while also stabbing us in back. If possible we should exchange these illegal migrats for stranded biharis who gave their lives for pak in 1971. Any left over Bengali should be sent to camps or deported to India/Bangladesh

4. Continue to sell JF17s to Myanmar which has proven to be a true ally to Pak. Sell more weaponry on a credit basis. Sell BVR missiles to that will keep the shitty BD airforce with a dozen F7s/Mig29 in check for next decade. Medium range missiles such as MRLS/SHORT range cruise missiles should also be sold with the ability to strike Dhaka.

Not only will it increase our defence exports but also keep backstabbing bangladeshis in check. When bangladesh is willing to be subservient to india and work again Pak anyways politically or military then whats stopping us??? These idiot generals dont know 2 shits about geopolitics. We should arm myanmar to the teeth and learn from them how to deal with 2 faced backstabbing bangladeshis.

Actually no, 99% of development, housing societies, etc are built by the private sector itself. Govt is only responsible for highway/railroad infrastructure. More roads are built in Pak in 1 year than are available in all of Bangladesh
