Pakistan, Bahrain to Boost Ties under CPEC

and that is good for china as they can use your country for their benefit in politics or in business.

They want to have better connectivity to there under developed western region and also considering any conflict in malacca strait+ They do not have good relation with India and so want to support enemies enemy so every projects in pakistan will be dictated by China(Road,Dam,Power etc) and that is good for china as they can use your country for their benefit in politics or in business. They are executing these projects with high interest rate and not freebies and you have to return back...Chinese are not saint.

No, I agree with you that Chinese are not Saint, but would you explain this to me, lets assume, China and India are in a war against each other due to any reason, would India let Chinese Oil Tankers travel through Indian ocean without firing a single bullet? or for an instance if China and US go to war, and US uses your territory for engaging Chinese ships, would you dare not to let US uses your territory?

India can control chinese tankers in Indian ocean with or without gwadar in case of conflict and so is the US.Moreover do you have any idea how costly and unfeasible by shipping via road from gwadar to Beijing, shanghai etc when the sea transportation is almost 10 times cheaper than land ! India will not allow any country even US to use its terittory to fight against China and US can counter China in Indian ocean with out Indian help.

If Oil refineries and pipelines are set from Gwadar, that will be a viable alternative route to the sea, so the danger will be minimized, also other countries Tankers can be used to deliver Oil to China.. CPEC is a well thought of project..

The JICA interest rate was 1.4% for Delhi metro and 30 years of repayment period (including 10 years of grace period).

Indian proposing bangladesh for power project at an interest rate of 1 percent (plus Libor) for 20 years, with a seven year grace period.

Energy projects 5-6% interest rate, come on !!! This is a day light robbery especially for big nationalised project.
we need energy. the benefits for Pakistan economy due to these projects are far greater wrt the interest rate.
both parties will benefit.

Well that's an issues with you guys that you have not yet completely understood the strategic depth of Gawadar. And the problem is that we can't openly explain you either. If you know nothing about it, it goes directly in our favor.

See now you know what I am saying? I strongly urge you to read every single detail regarding CPEC and Gawadar. Let me give you a hint, just only one; why is it that your Government and your Spy agency has created so much hype out of Gawadar? And that RAW has created a special cell for the disengagement and destruction of CPEC. Do you know how costly these special cells can be? A roughly daily cost of such kinda special cell is around 8 to 14 US million dollars because they need a complete discretion from an elected Governments to use anything that deems necessary to sabotage the other Nations Interests, whether it is a matter of accessing a latest technological devices, satellite access, paying off Insurgents and bla bla,

Read about the CPEC you will be surprised to know that how much potential and benefits does this project has;

this where you dont understand the whole point
with gawadar china can give india a tit for tat! so whole point will moot and thus both sides will leave their shipping lines open

Why should GCC should join, when the sea transportation is 10 times cheaper than road for oil/gas, if they want to connect China that too Chinese western side are less populated,no major cities+passing through difficult terrain !

Sea is the cheapest route but not in case of land, Land is the cheapest route and also time saving. In two oil can reach anywhere in China via Pakistan compare to sea route which do the job in 21 days minimum depend on sea weather.

That is why we laid pipeline to do the job and land base transport is very cheap compare to sea base

Mr. Nair, the GCC and the EU will join this project also, all the way till Africa. This is has become the most interested economic connector project throughout the entire human history. The is a reason why the Chinese use the term "one belt one road". And the belt goes around the entire globe!
