why r these DHAs standing in cities of Pakistan, why is Army running civilian commerial entities, why there is no Army Tax?

Name any Pakistani City council that has ever built a home for rent or sale to public.

Name a civilian government of Pakistan that ever paid a living pension to disabled and/or retired veterans and to widowos/orphans of shuhadah شُهَدَاء

corruption is one single largest issue of pakistan and it is well entrenched in almost every department ...even it sound funny but few days back Anti-Corruption Establishment director general Brigadier (retd) Muzaffar Ali Ranjha was sacked from service by interim Punjab government... he was suppose to capture the corrupt people in axact fake degree case two retired colonels are under investigation and list goes on ..... but this is a welcoming news finally some corrupts are facing the justice
