According to the source, on April 17th India carried out ceasefire violation by targeting civilians areas on LoC....Pakistan Army retaliated and destroyed three Indian bunkers.

A very appropriate response. Pakistan is protecting civillians on both side of LoC as both sides are our own people. Thus any attacks are targetted at military installations.

Because only in your fantasy world do civilians occupy stone structures with several vantage points atop remote hills with no arable land, animals or potable water sources, marking territory with razor wire and connecting their homes through trenches.
