Does Pakistan have thermobaric artillery in its arsenal. These artillery shells are causing massive destruction to Ukranian army and are slated to change the course of this war.

Thermobaric ammo , when it explodes over the target area , it sucks up all the oxygen and creates a vacuum.
In the surroundings

Mostly it is not used by armies of the subcontinent as far as I know it.
Example is tor 1

There is probably no tube arty ammo which is thermobaric, though rocket artillery can be thermobaric

Its mostly used against infantry targets to burn and suffocate.
See , tube arty ammo has less variety to be honest, the types of shells etc
While rocket arty has more variety like Russians

It is not just fire or suffocation. When the fuel air mixture explode the shock wave is such that even if you hiding in trenches and in armour, your lungs and organs will implode from the shock waves

Not prohibited, but I don't know many countries using them .
Probably chiense do it , as they use flame thrower also

Only confirmed users of thermobaric artillery ( only arty , there are other types of thermobaric weapons) are russkies

Other types are used by many nations , they are aerial bombs or tank ammunition.
