First of all these are not meant be of exact same quality as that of vehicles in real life . This is a drawing what do you expect.
I don't think you have seen any other designs like this before , but there is a entire community of more than a hundred people that makes thousands of designs like this , so if you don't want to appreciate I suggest you make your own and upload it so that we can see and judge it.
