Pakistan and India exchange fire in Kargil sector

I have a friend in army as a Lt. He told me, during Diwali times they will fire, and we will fire back during some of their festivals, its just common. In the near by bunkers, even they will tease each other with words. My frnd was also got warned by the high command, for firing bullets just to threaten the protesters(just near their feet) during a protest in kashmir, in which his entire team was surrounded when they were on their vehicle.

Under Pressure from an inferior country like Pakistan, India cannot sit on table for dialogues. Learn to behave and then Talks will prevail.
