I see 117 countries with 100%

That's mostly the developed world, oil-states, micro-states. Pakistan is conspicious because it is ahead of it's fellow Third World. Most importantly in the South Asian context well ahead of the trillion dolla, Mars humpin, biggi democracy, shining India.

Well I didn't look carefully at the 117 countries that have 100% electricity but I guess that's an achievement if at least 117 countries are now out of the 3rd world.
