Wow never knew that after attack on karachi port pakistan did retaliate and destroyed those missile boats in their own naval base that is called a befitting reply. Not just Pakistan airforce flies the f15,mirage and tornado in case of war if errupts indo - pak these jets can be asked to assist pak airforce too.

PAF undoubtedly produces good pilots. Saif-ul-Azam, in particular, is recognized as an ace.

However, most of the documented confrontations in regions outside Pakistan (involving PAF pilots) represent clandestine tactics to score some air-to-air victories. Nobody suspected that Pakistani pilots were involved in these confrontations (from the Arab side, using Arab toys) and were taken by surprise by their competency. It is possible that Israeli Airforce have learned valuable lessons from these events and no longer take chances; only time will tell.

Therefore, it is difficult to determine the competency of PAF (itself) in a direct military engagement against other premium airforces in which PAF is identifiable and pilots of other airforces know who they are up against. PAF have performed admirably against IAF though.

India started 1965 war LOL....Pakistani's Delusions's....it was started by pak by operation Gibraltar...

And PAF got the victory!!!!

IAF was outgunned but it still won...

If the superior jets were the secret recipe to occupy enemy land. Then you could have occupied Pakistan during sciachin or 1999 kargil war. What happened to the wish of drinking tea in gymkhana Lahore though? 1000 jets weren't enough?
