Pakistan accuses India of 12 Kashmir beheadings: report

If you are that innocent then why not come clean..... you provide troops under UN umbrella but when facing the music, it suddenly becomes third party issue.

Value of an agreement/ treaty.... If pakistan signed a bilateral agreement on solving all issues bilaterally , then it should stick to it's commitment...

If pakistan want's to deliberately devalue the legitimacy of a treaty/agreement and everytime there is an issue between the two countries want to go for third party mediation... then it can expect India too not adhering to it's commitments to treaties/agreements signed between the two parties....

It's time pakistan shows some maturity, and especially the civilian government shows some control over it's military which has been running wild for decades trying to battle India.

Whats there to come clean... its Pakistan crying out loud for unfair treatment...you are the ones who are compiling numbers over 12 years ...and making a flashy presentation to the world..... you are the one who belong to a pathetic class that uses its soldiers when they are alive Only soldiers took part in Kargil conflict: Pak ex-General - Hindustan Times

...and then uses them again for political gains even after 14 years: Pakistan says India beheaded 12 soldiers since 1998 | The News Tribe

Tell that to Captain Kalia's father. !!

What every issue, the UNMOGIP is based there for all these years for this purpose.

You are wrong.... Security Council passed resolution 91(1951) and established United Nations Military Observer Group in India and Pakistan (UNMOGIP) to observe and report violations of the established ceasefire line.

After Indo-Pakistani War of 1971 the two countries signed the Simla Agreement in 1972 to define the Line of Control in Kashmir, there is no ceasefire line, But a line of control according to shimla agreement, hence the mandate of UNMOGIP has ended, hence Indian Army has not brought any of it's complains to UNMOGIP since 1972!!!

.
Having taken it to the UN unlike India it means we have a lot of proof. When a person does not have proof he keeps mum and does not take his case to the UN.

Jr Think tank ho. Jr hi rahoge. Akkal nahin badhani tumhari.

Itta bhi nahin samajhate, UN has clearly said that they will interfere only by consent of all parties involved. Now Pakistan is using all tactics to compel India to involve UN. :D

Why do u think all this happened only in the month when Pakistan was in UN chair ?

Just explain all the warmongering accusations on India only when they were on UNO platform, then we mite talk ?

Kiddo, India doesnt want to go to UN coz it suits our case and not Pakistan's.

Pakistan wants to go to UN coz they cant do a sh!t otherwise.

and nothing to do with who has the proof. :D :D :D

Which is precisely the reason why the NSA S.S. Menon when asked recently about UNMOGIP said: "What UNMOGIP, does it exist?"

If the CFL has ceased to exist then UNMOGIP has no raison d'etre. Its mandate was very specific.
In any case both India and Pakistan are now bound down by the Shimla Agreement to resolve issues bilaterally.
Which is why time and again; EU, USA, Russia and China have time and again counselled both countries to talk between themselves and have remained uninvolved themselves.

India's stand is "Who UNMOGIP?".

Yes we admit beheading.........You are comfortably ignoring the point.
We dint offer PARAMVEER chakra to any one especially who do such henious crimes. Thats against Army code of conduct especially if its done in a nonwar period.

Wanna defend Nishan e Haidar to nonarmy people who u call jihadis ?

Proof...like this one .. Insider bares Pak Kargil skeleton

Well you belong to a country that can use their soldiers in any ways...you did that in Kargil..and presented them as Jihadis...you are doing t now...and disrespecting their dead bodies no... all for political gains.

Indian bodies were left too in 62 war and it was the snow that preserved them. Mistakes are made everywhere. The majority of our soldiers bodies were accepted. As far as separatists were concerned that is a completely separate thing. They cross the border upon each war.

Our stance about Kashmir and LoC is a bilateral matter and not an international one. UN mandates ended with Simla Accord.

If you are soo keen on running to the UN for every issue... I wonder why did you sign the shimla agreement to begin with???

If you had not invaded siachen then your statement would have been true but the simla agreement states

(ii) In Jammu and Kashmir, the line of control resulting from the ceasefire of December 17, 1971, shall be respected by both sides without prejudice to the recognized position of either side. Neither side shall seek to alter it unilaterally, irrespective of mutual differences and legal interpretations. Both sides further undertake to refrain from the threat or the use of force in violation of this line.

There was an agreement but it was broken by the indian side therefore making the treaty null and void and so reverting the kashmir issue back to the UN.

but siachin wasn't violation of Loc as there was no demarcation on the siachin....Hence it was wasn't covered by shimla agreement.

Thats why the line "Neither side shall seek to alter it unilaterally, irrespective of mutual differences and legal interpretations" was put into the agreement......for people like you.

It's not the case of interpretations... There was no demarcation of LOC in siachin to begin with... if there was any then surely India would be at fault... If India decided to take part of pakistani held kashmir away in demarcated area, it would have been a violation, but the siachen sector had no demarcation to begin with and was clearly Indian territory (if north means north!!!).....

And btw treaties are not null and void until agreed by both the sides... If pakistan does decide to pull out of this treaty, then India reserves the right to pull out of Indus water treaty too...

Quite a good timing, what they were doing before ? May be waiting to use dead at the right opportunity.

Nope we just don't moan and groan and return in kind. The problem with you guys is that you prance around when having been naughty but when given a deserved smack right across the face in response you break down whining and crying like the 5 year old little girls that you are (point in case: the recent Indian media drama).

You mean this:

Well we were happy with keeping the matter at the LOC and the LOC alone but you just had to get your panties in a bunch. Now we defend ourselves and show the world what little angels you have been. Remember the self righteousness you guys claimed when your media started barking? Yeah well there's water over that now. Stop being the prancing little fairies that you are.

You weren't singing this tune a few days ago......as for the second part, yes what have you?

Yara, if you'd care to entertain, I have it on multiple good authorities that Indian bodies were left at Kargil for days until the stench became unbearable for our soldiers. The Indians were then asked to come and take them but they refused.
